Statutory and extended warranty

Stûv offers end users an extension to the statutory warranty, subject to the fulfilment of the conditions listed below.

To get this commercial warranty, you will need:

1. to have purchased your stove from one of our official resellers. The extended warranty is valid when you purchase a new stove, excluding reconditioned or second-hand stoves.
2. register your product online within 30 days of installation. Only forms that have been filled in correctly will be taken into account.

You will then receive your Stûv warranty certificate by email. Make sure you keep this document safe. If you have any problems, contact your reseller and show them this certificate.
